The Problem We Solve

Your suppliers don't need to accept cards

  • 01

    Non-card suppliers

Contractors, vendors and critical service providers only accept RTGS, NEFT, or direct wire transfers, blocking standard card payments.

  • 02

    Manual payment drag

Chasing multi-level signatures, manual maker-checker entries, and bank portal token switching slows AP down by days.

  • 03

    Underused card capacity

Valuable corporate credit lines and 30–45 day interest-free credit cycles sit dormant because vendors reject cards.

  • 04

    Reconciliation headaches

Without automated invoice-to-UTR mapping, matching card statements against vendor ledgers becomes an audit nightmare.

One payment. Four coordinated steps.

Finigenie orchestrates the transaction lifecycle while our regulated acquiring partners handle authorized acquiring and settlement.

  1. STEP 01

    Buyer pays

Corporate buyer initiates payment with corporate credit card or virtual card.

  2. STEP 02

    Finigenie maps

Beneficiary bank credentials, invoices, and compliance tokens are orchestrated.

  3. STEP 03

    Partner settles

Acquiring partner clears transaction and routes funds over domestic clearing rails.

  4. STEP 04

    Supplier gets paid

Supplier receives direct credit into their bank account with instant UTR confirmation.

Got Questions?

Everything you need to know about Finigenie. Can't find the answer? Talk to our team.

What is BPSP (Business Payment Solution Provider)?

BPSP is an institutional payment capability developed by card networks (such as Visa and Mastercard) allowing corporate organizations to pay suppliers using corporate credit cards, even when those suppliers do not possess card merchant acceptance facilities or point-of-sale machines. The funds are cleared and deposited directly into the vendor's commercial bank account.

Does my supplier need to open a merchant account or accept cards?

No. Your suppliers do not need to register as card merchants, purchase payment gateways, or pay merchant discount rates. They receive payment directly into their existing commercial bank account via standard domestic clearing (NEFT, RTGS, or UAE FTPS) along with a valid UTR number and remittance advice.

How does BPSP benefit our company's working capital?

By paying vendor invoices with a corporate card via BPSP, you utilize the card's 30 to 45-day interest-free credit cycle. This allows you to hold cash in your accounts longer, negotiate early payment cash discounts with suppliers, and maximize reward points or commercial cashback.

Is BPSP available for businesses in UAE and India?

Yes. Finigenie provides localized BPSP orchestration across both India and the UAE, ensuring regional compliance, digital KYB validation, automated tax deduction (such as TDS for India), and native bank statement reconciliation.

How does reconciliation work with ERPs like Tally or SAP?

Finigenie automatically maps each card charge to the specific invoice number, supplier details, and resulting bank transfer UTR. This bidirectional data syncs with your accounting ERP (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle) so your general ledger reconciles automatically without manual spreadsheet entry.

Who handles the regulated banking and money settlement?

Finigenie operates as the technology and workflow orchestration platform. Licensed acquiring banks and payment processors handle card acquiring, scheme clearance, and regulated bank disbursement in full accordance with central bank regulations.

Can we process bulk supplier payments at once?

Yes. You can upload bulk supplier invoice sheets via CSV or use our cart-based checkout to aggregate dozens of vendor payouts into a single corporate card swipe.
