1. Vendor Payment System & Salary Payment System

• No Refunds for Completed Transactions: If a transaction cycle is complete and the amount is settled in the receiver’s account, there will be no possibility of a refund.
• Window for Return or Refund Requests: You can request a return or refund only if it is applied for within 2 hours of the transaction. Such requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

2. BillPay System

• Refund on Failed Payments: In cases where a payment via the BillPay system fails, a refund will be processed. The refund will be adjusted within 4 to 48 hours of the failed transaction.
• Confirmation of Refund: We will notify you once the refund has been processed. The time frame for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Third-Party Products and Services

• Scope of Third-Party Products: Products and services such as corporate cards, credit cards, loans, payment gateways, KYC APIs, and POS machines are provided by third parties.
• Handling of Returns and Refunds: Any requests for returns or refunds related to these third-party products and services will be directed to and handled by the respective suppliers. Finigenie is not responsible for the return and refund policies of these third parties.
• Assistance with Third-Party Issues: While we are not responsible for the management of third-party return and refund processes, we are committed to assisting our customers in facilitating communication with the relevant suppliers.

• Investigation of Refund Requests: We reserve the right to investigate all refund requests before making a decision. This may involve verifying the transaction details with the receiving party.
