1. Vendor Payment System & Salary Payment System
- Cancellation Time Frame: You may request the cancellation of a transaction made through the Vendor Payment System or Salary Payment System within 2 hours of the transaction.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel a transaction, please contact our customer support team with your transaction details and the reason for cancellation. We will initiate the cancellation process promptly.
- Successful Cancellation: If the cancellation request is processed successfully within the specified time frame, the transaction amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
2. BillPay System
- Cancellation for Scheduled Payments: If you have scheduled a payment using the BillPay system and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time before the scheduled payment date.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel a scheduled payment, access your BillPay account, locate the payment, and follow the cancellation instructions provided on the platform.
- Refunds for Canceled Payments: Once a scheduled payment is canceled successfully, any amount already deducted will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
3. Third-Party Products and Services
- Cancellation of Third-Party Products: For products and services provided by third parties, such as corporate cards, credit cards, loans, payment gateways, KYC APIs, and POS machines, cancellation requests should be directed to the respective suppliers.
- Supplier’s Cancellation Policies: The cancellation process for third-party products and services will be subject to the policies and procedures established by the supplier. Finigenie is not responsible for these cancellation processes but will assist in facilitating communication with the relevant suppliers.
